About this plugin

This plugin allows you to use the Adviser Portals' Content API on your WordPress website.

There are few steps you need to take before you can use this plugin:

  1. Register for an Adviser Portals account
  2. Fill out the required business information
  3. Select the products you wish to use
  4. Complete an online Direct Debit Mandate via your accounts billing page - please note: to use this plugin in production mode, we must have a Direct Debit setup.
  5. You will also need a copy of your API key which you will find within your account here - https://adviserportals.co.uk/myifaportal/api/

How to use this plugin

This plugin uses shortcodes that can be added to the pages on your site. Each product has its own unique shortcode.

Some products allow for each item to be listed with a short summary (List) and also viewed directly (view). For example, you can list several articles with a brief description which the user can then click to read the actual article, or target the article directly.
